2. Users
Access and/or use of this Tower portal attributes the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein.
These Conditions shall apply regardless of any General Contract Conditions that may be mandatory.
3. Use of the portal
www.tower.es provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to Tower or its licensors to which the USER may have access.
The USER is responsible for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to its diligent and confidential use.
The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as the chat service) that Tower offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to:
(i) engage in illegal, unlawful, or contrary to good faith and public order activities
(ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, illegal pornographic nature, or advocacy of terrorism or an attack on human rights
(iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Tower, its suppliers, or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are capable of causing the aforementioned damage (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
Tower reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order, or public safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.
In any case, Tower shall not be liable for the opinions expressed by users through chats or other participation tools.

4. Data protection
Tower complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other current regulations at any given time, and ensures proper use and treatment of the user's personal data.

6. Exclusion of guarantees and liability
Tower shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages of any kind that may cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

7. Modifications
Tower reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

In the event that www.tower.es provides links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Tower shall not exercise any control over such sites and contents.
